General rules:

  1. Nothing, except these rules, is to be taken seriously. The main purpose of this guild is to have fun.
  2. No spam in guild chat, raid chat or any public channel.
  3. NO CAPS, EXCEPT WHEN IT'S VERY LULZY
  4. No stupid questions before consulting google, wowwiki, wowhead, GMotD, Guild Info and/or the guild website.
  5. No arguing with guild members.
  6. Only English is allowed in guild chat and raid chat. If you want to write in another language, please use whispers or private channels.

Raid rules:

  1. Do not be late for scheduled guild raids. Your spot is reserved only until the exact scheduled time. If you are one minute late, you may and most probably will be replaced.
  2. No one is allowed to whisper the Raid Leader without a damn good reason. Expect a kick if you do.
  3. No ninjaing of any type. Every guild member is expected to show zero tolerance towards ninjas.
  4. No one can leave the current guild raid to join another raid.
  5. No AFKing without a timely notice and a proper reason.
  6. All general guild rules apply in raids. Especially the no spam rule.

    Looting rules:

    1. Ninjaing is the worst type of offense. Ninjas will be hunted down, kicked, ignored, raped, burned, raped again, and labeled as scum throughout the server. The Guild Master will see to it personally. No exceptions.
    2. DO NOT spam the Master Looter, Raid Leader, or Raid Chat with ANY comments about the loot. Nobody cares. If you have a genuine complaint or wish to report a mistake, whisper the Master Looter/Raid Leader with useful information using intelligible language and they should try to help. Randomly whispering the Master Looter/Raid Leader about loot can and most probably will result in a kick, ignore, or both.
    3. The Master Looter has the final word in giving loot to players (while Master Loot is active. Otherwise it's the Raid Leader's decision). DO NOT bother the Raid Leader about loot if they aren't Master Looter too. Expect a very swift kick if you do.
    4. Players with lower DPS than the tanks will not have priority on loot from final bosses in most cases (unless stated otherwise).
    5. Offtanks in the current raid have priority on tanking items over other players with a tank offspec.
    6. Tanks and Healers have the benefit of choosing whether they roll for their current spec or their offspec as Main Spec in the current raid. All DPS roll for DPS gear as Main Spec (unless stated otherwise by the Raid Leader), and their offspec as Offspec.
    7. Players have a limited time to roll for each item, depending on the situation (except in cases of major lag). This time will usually range from 5 seconds (greed/disenchant rolls) to 40 seconds (final boss loot).
    8. Generosity is encouraged and awarded. Don't be an asshole, it's just a game.

      item types

      • hit rating is for DPS only
      • mp5 is for healers only, except for shaman gear, where:
        • mp5 + haste is both for elemental and resto
        • mp5 + crit is for resto only
      • armor penetration is only for DPS classes/specs that rely mostly on physical damage (warriors, blood DKs, hunters, rogues and feral druids)
      • because of Spermik's poor choice of gear, some items that are more suitable for certain classes will be awarded to those classes only (unless they don't need them). Examples include (from Naxx25):
        • Betrayer of Humanity - 2h melee classes
        • Envoy of Mortality - hunters
        • Sinister Revenge - rogues
        • Journey's End - feral druids and hunters

Notes (guidelines, not rules):

  • Every guild member should register on the guild website. Please use a username similar to your main character's name (or any other character). Even if you don't, at least tell us who you are.
  • Provide a list of your characters, preferably all. If not all, at least your 80s that are in the guild. If you have a character you don't want the world to know about, you can keep it a secret, but you MUST PM/mail Inkubus about it (there's a good reason for that).
  • Please specify your professions and talent specs for each character.
  • Do not charge guild members for items from your professions if they provide the mats.
